Don't fear the un tailored shape of this blouse it's designed to be tucked in to natural or high waisted trousers skirts which emulates the boxy '40s shape. This blouse would be considered 'oversize' yet still has some subtle waist shaping. Mid length 'easy' sleeves with some subtle gathers into the sleeve head. You could make this look even more 40s by adding shoulder pads but there are some small roll pads to enhance the shoulder which can be easily removed if required.
