Lindsey is our esteemed Menopause Specialist, bringing extensive experience and a compassionate approach to our private GP practice.

As a qualified Pharmacist Independent Prescriber, she is dedicated to enhancing the overall well-being and future health of perimenopausal and menopausal women of all ages.

Lindsey has provided care for hundreds of women at one of the world’s largest menopause clinics, integrating the latest evidence-based treatments with individualized, holistic programs.

Her personal journey through the challenges of fluctuating hormones enables her to practice with profound understanding and empathy, fostering a supportive and friendly environment for her patients.

Since qualifying as a pharmacist in 1991, Lindsey has remained committed to continuous learning and professional development. She holds certifications from the British Menopause Society and the International Menopause Society, and she regularly attends conferences to stay updated on the latest advancements and best practices in menopause care. She has also completed the new Management of the Menopause Certificate from the British Menopause Society.

Lindsey recently completed a practitioner program in epigenetics (the interface between genetics and the environment ) through Lifecode GX, which allows her to analyse and support hormone health through personalized dietary and lifestyle interventions.

Outside of her professional commitments, Lindsey enjoys a fulfilling personal life. She has two grownup daughters, a supportive husband, and a gorgeous golden retriever who accompanies her on walks in the Essex countryside. Lindsey also has a passion for fitness, nutrition, adventurous travel and musical theatre.
