HEALTH MEMBERSHIP SCHEME
We are really excited to offer our Health Membership Scheme for our patients. These include the following benefits:
- Unlimited consultations with our GP’s during our clinic hours
- Telephone appointments with advice during our clinic hours
- Private prescriptions for repeat medications
- Sick notes
- Referral to specialists
- Discounts on procedures & investigations including bloods tests, cervical smears, ear syringing, ECG and others
- Appointments offered within 2 working days but we will endeavour to offer an appointment on the same day for our members.
The cost of our membership for one whole year is:
£520 a year for Adult Members (£10 per week)
£365 for any Child Members (£1 per day)
There is an additional 10% discount for all members who commit to a yearly one-off payment. In addition, we also offer monthly direct debit payments for members who prefer to spread their payments.
Children under the age of 18 years need to be registered with one responsible adult member.
